Accepted forms of payment

We accept online credit & debit payments through Paypal and Venmo, as well as personal checks.

NYC locals! We accept cash on delivery.

Can I pay with a credit card by phone?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any payments over the phone at this time.

Paypal is a safe and trusted method to send payments from your credit or debit card over the internet. Please do not send credit card information over Email!

Custom order payments

Payment is required to begin any work on custom orders. We will work with you until you are completely satisfied with your design!

Can I pay in installments?

We love to accomodate our customers! If it’s easier to pay with a deposit, we can split your custom order payment. Full payment must be received before your custom item is shipped.

Turnaround Times & Rush Orders!

Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks. Please allow extra time during November & December holidays.

We may be able to accommodate your rush order request! Ask us! Rush charge may apply.

FREE Shipping

Priority shipping within the United States is FREE on custom guitar straps, guitars, and store orders of $99 or more.

Orders under $99 ship for $8 via USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping.

Standard shipping includes tracking and takes 2-4 business days.

Express shipping within the US

Express shipping within the US is available for $25 via USPS Express Flat Rate shipping.

Express shipping comes with tracking and takes 1-2 business days.

Cananda Shipping

Standard shipping via USPS Priority costs $25USD, comes with tracking, and takes 6-10 business days.

Express shipping via USPS Express costs $45USD, comes with tracking, and takes 3-5 business days.

International Shipping

Standard shipping via USPS Priority costs $35USD, comes with tracking, and takes 6-10 business days.

Express shipping via USPS Express costs $65USD, comes with tracking, and takes 3-5 business days.

What if my CUSTOM item gets lost in the mail?

All BurnWIzard shipments are insured through USPS. If your package is delayed, or the tracking stops updating during transit, we will file a claim with USPS. If your item is determined “lost during transit,” we will remake your custom item!

Please allow time for the claim process and for your custom item to be remade.

BurnWizard is not responsible for items that have been marked “delivered” according to tracking.

COVID-19 Shipping Timelines

Local shipping within the US may be a day or 2 late during the pandemic.

Shipping worldwide has slowed considerably during the global pandemic. Items may be delayed during transit or held by customs.

Can I use my preferred shipping service for CUSTOM orders?

Sure! If you prefer a different shipper (UPS, FedEx, etc.) we can make it work. Exact payment amount will be taken care of by the customer.

Have a corporate account with your preferred shipper? Just send us a label.

Guitar Strap Safety

While our guitar straps are tough (and comfortable), please take care attaching them to your instrument. We recommend using strap locks at all times! Pick up a set while you shop for your custom guitar strap.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & exchanges on store items

Please contact us within 5 days of receipt with any order issues on NON-CUSTOM items. If your store item was personalized, please be aware we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Returns & exchanges on CUSTOM items

We will work with you until you are completely satisfied with your custom design!

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been personalized.

Partial refunds during design process

We understand unavoidable circumstances happen! If you have sent payment for a custom item and must halt your purchase for any reason, we will refund your purchase price minus a $50 design fee.

Please know that once personalization engraving has begun, we can no longer refund your purchase.
